Un juez de control determinó imponer prisión preventiva al ex presidente municipal de Cuernavaca, Antonio “N”, así como a la ex regidora Anayeli “N”, y el ex regidor Enrique “N”, por presuntos desvíos en el Sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Cuernavaca (Sapac).
De acuerdo a fuentes consultadas por Multimagen, el ex alcalde por Morena, fue detenido en un hospital privado a donde fue llevado luego de un supuesto accidente automovilístico, sin embargo, el médico determinó que no tenía daños graves por lo que al estar sustraído de la justicia fue privado de la libertad.
Este miércoles 28 de septiembre “El Lobito”, había sido citado a declarar ante el Tribunal Súper de Justicia (TSJ), pero no se presentó.
En la audiencia el juez a cargo determinó imponer prisión preventiva como medida cautelar a los otros dos funcionarios que si acudieron a la cita, en tanto continúan las averiguaciones.
Los tres estarían relacionados con un presunto desvío de recursos generados por cuotas de los trabajadores del Sapac que no entregaron al Instituto de Crédito para los Trabajadores del Estado, dejando una deuda que supera los 100 millones de pesos.
